Mr WONG was graduated from Hong Kong University in 1979, a chartered engineer since 1982 and a member of HKIE since 1983.  He is also a certified Global NLP Trainer (in NLP University, Santa Cruz, US (2003)), a Certified Hypnotherapist (by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (2012)) and a Distinguished Toastmaster (2002) (Toastmasters International is an organization in communication and leadership training)

 

Mr WONG has retired from his professional engineering work in 2009, and now specializes in Training and individual Coaching for corporate in business applications of NLP particularly in the areas of Staff Engagement and Performance Enhancement, Talent Development, Selling and Persuasion Skills, Negotiation, Problem and Conflict Resolutions, Customer Service, Team Building, Leadership, and Change Management.  His other specialty is in Communication Skills training including Business Presentation and Meeting Effectiveness, Media Training and Interviews, Persuasion and Motivation, and Public Relations Strategies

 

Mr WONG is also very enthusiastic in helping secondary and university students in their presentation and public speaking skill development.  He has been nine time trainer for the annual inter secondary school public speaking contest organized by the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups and Standard Chartered Bank.
